Personalized & Custom Items

Items that include personalization such as names, initials, dates, or custom text are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, including spelling and formatting. Orders will be produced exactly as entered at checkout.

If an error is made by Gems By M, LLC, we will gladly correct or replace the item.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Gems By M, LLC.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or solution.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Many products are made from natural materials such as wood, leather, and slate. Variations in grain, color, and engraving tone may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted products.
