Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an error was made by Gems By M, LLC.

For non-personalized items, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Pricing Errors
